Site information is not a contractual offer. D4ta services (audits, pilots, integrations) are governed by a specific proposal and contract with each client.

Brands, text, design, code and demos belong to D4ta or its licensors. Reproduction without written consent is not authorised.
Demos and calculators
Interactive demos use sample data. Calculator results are indicative estimates, not savings commitments.
External links
The site may link to third parties (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.). D4ta does not control or accept liability for external content.
Limitation of liability
D4ta does not guarantee uninterrupted site availability. We are not liable for indirect damages from use of published information without an active contract.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on the site prevails. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Spanish law. For consumers, courts of the user's domicile. For B2B relationships, Barcelona courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
