Data we collect
Via the contact form: name, corporate email, company, role, phone (optional), annual revenue (optional), operational challenge description and referral source.
Purpose
To handle your free audit request, prepare a scoped proposal and maintain pre-contractual commercial communication.
Legal basis
Consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a) when you submit the form and accept the privacy policy.
Retention
Data is kept while the commercial relationship lasts or until you request deletion, up to 24 months from last contact if no contract is signed.

Web3Forms (form delivery) or FormSubmit.co as fallback. Cloudflare, Inc. for aggregated cookieless web analytics without identifiable personal data.
